Core Competences
Mathias is an entrepreneur and expert in Renewable Energies with a focus on Solar PV technologies since 1990. He is the founder of Syntegra Solar, which he started in 2001. Prior to his engagement with Syntegra he developed his expertise in various senior management positions as well as working as a top management consultant; his skills cover strategy development and execution, new business development and PV/RE project development, management of technology innovation, marketing and corporate communications.

Experience
30 years of senior management positions in Automotive (BMW), RE/Solar (Siemens Solar), Aviation (Lufthansa, DFS), as well as senior consultancy with Lufthansa Consulting and Syntegra Strategy & Corporate Development. Mathias was responsible for international cross-cultural coordination of strategic business entities in multinational corporations.
Mathias is founder and chairman of TONA Syntegra Solar, HCMC/Vietnam, a leading EPC firms for C&I PV Rooftop Power Projects. Syntegra Solar focuses on C&I PV Rooftop Power Systems and PV-Biogas Hybrid Systems. Syntegra Solar also centres on OES and LTAS for very large PV power plant projects. as is Syntegra Solar Arabia (Abu Dhabi and Dubai).

Fany’s core competence is in Corporate Finance and Project Management. Her passion is building management systems, operation and finance strategy to continually affect growth. Her vast experience in plantation management across Indonesia, especially as the CFO in a large oil palm plantation, has equipped her to better manage various cultures and customs, access to local goverments, and to banks and financial institutions.
Fany has a Magister Management from the Prasetiya Mulya University, with a major in International Finance.
Eka has been actively involved in the construction industry in Kalimantan and Sumatra since 2001, providing him the platform for extensive networking both nationally and globally. He has two decades of experience in construction, distribution, and renewable energy, with a focus on Solar PV.
Eka is the co-founder of Syntegra Solar Indonesia, the Syntegra Solar Int. AG Branch in Indonesia. Eka has a bachelor’s in accountancy from the University Widya Mandala.

Edgar is best known as the first Photovoltaic Blogger and founder of the GUNTHER Portfolio Blog in 2006. Since joining Syntegra Solar, he has applied and extended his technology and business expertise to the development, engineering, installation, and maintenance of solar PV projects ranging from commercial rooftops to utility-scale ground mount systems. Edgar is based in Southeast Asia and the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) EPC Joint Venture, Tona Syntegra Solar JSC, in Vietnam.

Over 25 years in high technology product and project management, technical sales, and marketing. His career focused on system solutions with Spansion (now Cypress/Infineon), Liquid Audio, S3 Incorporated, and AMD, as well as engineering and quality assurance roles at Commodore.
